What Is Zhineng Qigong?

Created by Dr. Pang Ming, a Qigong Grandmaster and doctor of Chinese medicine, Zhineng Qigong was developed in 1981 following his search and goal to heal patients more effectively. However, he refers to his patients as students, as he believes in lifelong learning. Studying qigong under nineteen unique Grandmasters, in 1979, he created a combination of his most valuable lessons.

While each form of qigong offers its own benefits, especially in terms of your individual goals, Zhineng Qigong is recognized as the most effective form by the Chinese government. Incorporating key elements of traditional qigong, including longevity, the development of human ability, and the importance of optimal fitness, it also focuses on other goals and methods related to the pathways of Qi — the body’s vital energy.

By mastering your own body, mind, and spirit, Zhineng Qigong allows you to benefit from an effective health management system — one that focuses on healing and positive wellness.
